NEED A CALIFORNIA MARRIAGE LICENSE?

Weddings by Tiki provides a registered officiant with the state of California who is also an authorized notary public. You can obtain your confidential marriage and have your ceremony performed in less than an hour. I currently offer same day appointments for confidential marriage license. 

Bring each of the following:

1. Valid marriage license (NOT required for CONFIDENTIAL marriage)
2. At least one witness (18+) (NOT Required for CONFIDENTIAL marriage)
3. One valid identification per person. The following IDs are accepted:

• Driver License
• State Identification Card
• Military Service Card
• Passport
• Alien Registration Card
• Consular Identification Card

*If your previous marriage ended more than 2 years ago please know the exact date when it ended (month/day/year) as this information will go into the new marriage license.

PLEASE BRING PROOF OF ALL:

• Divorces
• Death certificates
• Annulments
• Any Dissolution of State Registered Domestic Partnerships
